DNASE1L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNASE1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,029 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNASE1L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MVP, UPF3A, and MSI1. Each is linked with DNASE1L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE1L1-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNASE1L1 versus MVP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNASE1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNASE1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
