DNASE1L1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNASE1L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,135 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNASE1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF599, ASB2, and SRPX2. Each is linked with DNASE1L1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE1L1-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNASE1L1 versus ZNF599 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNASE1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNASE1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
