DNASE1L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNASE1L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNASE1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, eIF4E, and eIF4G. Each is linked with DNASE1L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE1L1-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by DNASE1L1-low versus DNASE1L1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNASE1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNASE1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
