Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNASE1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,116 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNASE1L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to water, Regulation of G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle, and Viral gene expression. Each is linked with DNASE1L1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE1L1-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE1L1 results are reported.
