DNASE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNASE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 794 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNASE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH23, MYOZ3, and ZBED2. Each is linked with DNASE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE1-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNASE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNASE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
