DNASE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNASE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,888 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNASE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSC2, ZNF263, and RHOT2. Each is linked with DNASE1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE1-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNASE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNASE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
