Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJC9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAJC9 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher DNAJC9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJC9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, CESC, and CHOL are the cancer types where DNAJC9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
