DNAJC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP327, RNU6-1214P, and RNA5SP198. Each is linked with DNAJC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC8-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP327 grouped by DNAJC8-low versus DNAJC8-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
