DNAJC7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,349 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NME1, NR2F2-AS1, and CDC6. Each is linked with DNAJC7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC7-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC7 versus NME1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
