DNAJC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,871 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX8, TRIM64B, and MON1A. Each is linked with DNAJC6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC6-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNX8 grouped by DNAJC6-low versus DNAJC6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
