Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJC30 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAJC30 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DNAJC30 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJC30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and LUSC are the cancer types where DNAJC30 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
