DNAJC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,706 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY18P, LYARP1, and RPL7P35. Each is linked with DNAJC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC3-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY18P grouped by DNAJC3-low versus DNAJC3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
