Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJC22 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAJC22 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher DNAJC22 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJC22 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and HNSC are the cancer types where DNAJC22 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
