DNAJC22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 143 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC22-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-19P, RPS15AP9, and RPL31P28. Each is linked with DNAJC22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC22-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-19P grouped by DNAJC22-low versus DNAJC22-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC22→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
