DNAJC21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,939 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC21-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC33, MTRR, and FASTKD3. Each is linked with DNAJC21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC21-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC21 versus TTC33 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC21→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
