DNAJC21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,338 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TARS1, DNAJC21_S283, and DNAJC21_S370. Each is linked with DNAJC21 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC21-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC21 versus TARS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC21→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
