Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,413 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAJC21-associated genes across cancer lineages are AK4P6, RNU1-17P, and RPL23AP4. Each is linked with DNAJC21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC21-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AK4P6 grouped by DNAJC21-low versus DNAJC21-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC21→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
