DNAJC21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC21-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, 4E-BP1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with DNAJC21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC21-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by DNAJC21-low versus DNAJC21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC21→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
