DNAJC21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAJC21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,020 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC21-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD1, NUP155, and ZNF131. Each is linked with DNAJC21 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC21-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC21 versus RAD1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC21→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
