DNAJC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,269 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ORC5, PUS7, and BUD23. Each is linked with DNAJC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC2-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC2 versus ORC5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
