DNAJC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,359 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are XRCC2, PUS7, and SEM1. Each is linked with DNAJC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC2-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC2 versus XRCC2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
