Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJC19P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DNAJC19P9 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher DNAJC19P9 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJC19P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and BLCA show a favorable association.
CESC, BLCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where DNAJC19P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
