Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJC19P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DNAJC19P6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher DNAJC19P6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJC19P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LUAD show a favorable association.

SKCM, LIHC, and PCPG are the cancer types where DNAJC19P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
