Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJC19P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DNAJC19P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher DNAJC19P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJC19P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

THCA, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where DNAJC19P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
