DNAJC19P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC19P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,369 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC19P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Regulation of cilium assembly, and Regulation of microtubule cytoskeleton organization. Each is linked with DNAJC19P1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC19P1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC19P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport grouped by DNAJC19P1-low versus DNAJC19P1-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC19P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC19P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
