Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJC17 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAJC17 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher DNAJC17 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJC17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC are the cancer types where DNAJC17 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
