DNAJC17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, VHL, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with DNAJC17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC17-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by DNAJC17-low versus DNAJC17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
