DNAJC15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, MVD, and CTU2. Each is linked with DNAJC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC15-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by DNAJC15-low versus DNAJC15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
