The most reproducible DNAJC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A18 and F11. Each is linked with DNAJC12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC12-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC12 results are reported.
