Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and MSH2. Each is linked with DNAJC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC1 results are reported.
