The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher DNAJB8 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJB8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, LIHC, and STAD are the cancer types where DNAJB8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
