Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJB6P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DNAJB6P7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher DNAJB6P7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJB6P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and GBM show a favorable association.

UVM, ACC, and PAAD are the cancer types where DNAJB6P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
