Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJB6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAJB6 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher DNAJB6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJB6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, PRAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where DNAJB6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
