Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJB6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJB6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with DNAJB6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJB6-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJB6 results are reported.
