DNAJB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,775 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, SPCS3, and SYNJ1_S1565. Each is linked with DNAJB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJB2-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJB2 versus PTK7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
