DNAJB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Annexin-1, and S6. Each is linked with DNAJB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJB2-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by DNAJB2-low versus DNAJB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
