Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJB14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAJB14 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DNAJB14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJB14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, CESC, and PRAD are the cancer types where DNAJB14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
