Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJB14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,465 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAJB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01941, RBM15, and NIPA1. Each is linked with DNAJB14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJB14-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJB14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01941 grouped by DNAJB14-low versus DNAJB14-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
