DNAJB12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJB12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,633 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJB12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAC1P1, IGKV3D-7, and PPP1R9A-AS1. Each is linked with DNAJB12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJB12-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJB12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAC1P1 grouped by DNAJB12-low versus DNAJB12-high in KIRP.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJB12→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJB12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
