Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJB11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAJB11 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher DNAJB11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJB11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, SKCM, and ESCA are the cancer types where DNAJB11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
