Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJB11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,332 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJB11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4G1, FXR1, and SDF2. Each is linked with DNAJB11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJB11-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJB11 results are reported.
