Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAJB11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,346 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAJB11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Post-translational protein targeting to membrane, translocation, and Glycoprotein biosynthetic process. Each is linked with DNAJB11 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJB11-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJB11 results are reported.
