DNAJA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BIVM-ERCC5, STT3B, and NOA1. Each is linked with DNAJA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJA2-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BIVM-ERCC5 grouped by DNAJA2-low versus DNAJA2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
