DNAJA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,904 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT1, DNAJA1_S335, and DDX58. Each is linked with DNAJA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJA1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJA1 versus STAT1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
