Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,313 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAJA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STOML2, CHMP5, and DDX58. Each is linked with DNAJA1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJA1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJA1 versus STOML2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
