Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAJA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,196 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, and Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with DNAJA1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJA1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJA1 results are reported.
