DNAJA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAJA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSM6, GJA10, and RIT2. Each is linked with DNAJA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJA1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACSM6 grouped by DNAJA1-low versus DNAJA1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
