DNAI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 245 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEL2, MAGEB3, and DYTN. Each is linked with DNAI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAI3-to-partner and partner-to-DNAI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEL2 grouped by DNAI3-low versus DNAI3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
