Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,141 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAI2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, Regulation of macroautophagy, and Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous antigen. Each is linked with DNAI2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAI2-to-partner and partner-to-DNAI2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process grouped by DNAI2-low versus DNAI2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
