DNAH9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,030 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPAG5, KIF20A, and NCAPG. Each is linked with DNAH9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH9-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPAG5 grouped by DNAH9-low versus DNAH9-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH9→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
